mESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Greetings Parents, families, Community,

It is with great pleasure that I write this as the incoming Principal of the Rev. Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School. It is truly an honor to become a part of the Dr. Frank Napier family and community. As I begin my first school year as Principal of Dr. Frank Napier, I am energized and deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of your children. We will accomplish this by setting high academic expectations for all children and providing support systems to ensure they are met. By addressing school culture, setting high standards for teacher performance, increased academic expectations for all students and engaging the community we will embrace the challenges of the future while we continue to cherish and celebrate the traditions of the past. Our remarkable staff, involved parents and committed students come together to make Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School a wonderful and unique place.

The school’s administration firmly believes that all students should be provided a safe, caring, and vibrant learning environment that offers rigorous instruction, while also focusing on building caring and honest relationships with one another. It is the combination of academic excellence and appreciation for self and for others that will allow students to develop into life-long learners. It will take all of us – teachers, staff, parents, and community members – working together to ensure that our students are provided with a well-rounded, high quality education.

We are looking forward to working with all of you throughout the school year. We encourage you to join our active and supportive PTO and to participate in the wonderful activities that we have planned for the upcoming school year.
